Julie Grimshaw serves as the President of Operations at East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy, where she combines her extensive background in healthcare and family services to oversee the smooth functioning and strategic growth of the clinic. Julie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University and is a licensed Registered Nurse, bringing a well-rounded and empathetic approach to her leadership role.

Joining East Coast Audiology and Physical Therapy in 2017, Julie has played a pivotal role in shaping the operational systems and patient-centric practices that define the clinic today. Her expertise in healthcare operations and her ability to integrate compassionate care into the business model have been integral to the clinic's success.

Beyond her professional life, Julie is deeply involved in her community. She is passionate about working with young people and lends her skills as an All-Star Cheerleading Coach at Xtreme SportsPlex in Adams, volunteering several nights a week. This role allows her to inspire and mentor youth, fostering their growth in both sports and life skills.

Julie also cherishes her time spent with family, particularly enjoying boating during the summer months, which provides a wonderful opportunity for relaxation and family bonding. She has experience providing comprehensive hearing and balance services to diverse population, including adults and children. Sarah has the skill set to utilize multiple models of equipment and software for audiological diagnostic testing and hearing aid verification; while servicing multiple hearing aid brands. On top of her time here she is actively conducting research in the effects of Parkinson’s Disease on our hearing system and in over-the-counter hearing aids.
